Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or amend your booking so that we are able to offer your appointment time to other patients.

You will be charged in full for all missed appointments without 24 hours notice. We are pleased to offer 50% reduction to all cancellation fees if you re-book your appointment immediately.

You can pay by cash, credit and debit card at reception at the end of your session.

Follow up appointments are approximately 30 minutes.

Any insurance details with authorisation codes.

Any previous scan or X-ray reports or consultant letters, bring them if you can.

Comfortable clothes that allow problem area to be exposed.

i.e knee problem, bring shorts.
